If Chelsea decides a treatment isn't suitable for you, you'll receive a full refund of anything you've paid for it.
We'll refund any unused sessions. Sessions you've already had are charged at the standard single-session price, and the balance is refunded to you.
Of course. Just give at least 48 hours' notice. Programme sessions should be used within 6 months.
You pay monthly and get one set treatment each month. There's a 3-month minimum term, then your membership rolls month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We'll remind you before your minimum term ends.
Yes. Signature members get 10% off programmes, so the two work beautifully together.
